Krupuk or kerupuk (Indonesian), keropok (Malaysian) are deep fried crackers made from starch and other ingredients that serves as flavouring. They are popular snack in all of South East Asia. The NEW NP Keropok Pellet Manufacturing System produces keropok pellets at 200kg. per hour. The raw materials are homogenized then steam-cooked in the ES-50. The cooked dough is fed into the twin screw forming that forms ropes of dough. 150 ropes of dough is cut into 1mm thick slices of pellets. The pellets are then passed through the EDT-1000 for drying
