The EK-250 Steam Cooker is a mixer, kneader and steam cooker, all rolled into one. The ingredients consisting of wheat flour, starch and/or other cereal flours, including natural internal flavoring materials such as shrimp paste, fish powder, vegetable powder, spices and etc. are mixed, kneaded and steam cooked for about 6-8 minutes. It forms into a well-cooked dough mass with a water content of about 37%-39%. The cooked dough mass is discharged from the bottom door of the cooker.
