The Direct Cutter directly cuts the sheet from the 11-Layer Drying/Cooling Conveyor, equipped with a set of longitudinal ring cutter, and a multiple rotary transversal cutter that processes the dough sheet. Main drive is inverter controlled with low speed for sheet feeding and high speed for rapid cutting. Pellet cut-off length is variable and adjusted by a mechanical speed of the longitudinal and transveral cutters. Pellet width is determined by the width of the ring cutting assembly (slitting unit).
