The 11-Layer Drying/Cooling Conveyor is equipped with a steam coil air heater. It is inverter-controlled and synchronized with the speed of the dough Sheeter to avoid tearing the dough sheet. It heats up the drying air for the first 8 layers to dry the surface of the dough sheet then cools it down in the last 3 layers. At the end of the discharge conveyor, it can be connected to the Dough Sheet Winder for Single Layer Snack Production or to the Doubling Machine for Double Layer Snack Production. Winding Machine included.
