The Dough Sheeter ES-250 sheets the cooked dough to its desired thickness and pattern. Sheet patterns can be changed by changing the sheeting roll designs located just below the feeding rollers. Sheeting speed is inverter-controlled and synchronized with the cooling conveyor by a proportional speed controller. The feeding and sheeting rollers are coated with Teflon to prevent the dough from sticking.
