The Syrup / Caramel based flavoring system consist of the following:
- Syrup Cooker, utilizes steam to warm or cook the syrup flavorings.
- Water jacketed heated feeding tank with agitator to pump the flavorings into the mixing tumbler.
- Flavor applicator tumbler, mixes the flavorings with the products, can be used in various applications.
- Finishing dryer, widely used for liquid type seasoning. It bakes and dry the seasoning rapidly through high speed hot air circulation. - Cooling conveyor, cools down and condition the flavored products from the finishing dryer.
