APC-100R is an automated & fully functional type of peanut coater, it has a capacity of 25kgs/ batch Installed, with a 2 standard powder storage (75 liter tank) that can be used for making single or double coated application, a precise programmable coating parameters by PLC for easy adjustments of grams, minutes, & control the application of the 35 liter liquid solution tank (for binding) and minimizing the human intervention down to 10%. It has an additional features of dust particle tank which will filter all the excess powder particles during the operations for easy cleaning. Once coated nuts are completed, operator will have to open the tumbler window for easy discharge, conveyed to the vibratory seiver for removal of excess powder and small debris. Coated nuts are now ready for roasting.
