PRODUCTION LINE

Hollow wafer Stick production line is fully automated composed of three (3) sets of machines; Turbo Mixer, Ball Mill and Baking Oven.

Wheat flour butt is continuously baked on the (LPG) heated large rotary drum. Just before the butt is gelatinized, it is constantly formed into roll shape into which chocolate or butter-like chocolate is deposited and cut to designated length. Fully automated production facility that enables to produce beautiful twin colored spiral stick with its simultaneous 2-butt feeding function.
