The Automatic Powder Coater consists of a coating tumbler and a powder dust collector. Raw materials such as raw peanuts or fried peas are fed into the tumbler manually. The tumbler continuously turns so that the raw materials can be automatically coated by pre-programmed settings to apply syrup and powder until it forms to the desired size of coated nuts. The coated product is then automatically discharged by a conveyor going to buffer or straight to a roaster. The powder dust collector collects excess powder generated during the coating process.
