The Semi Cutter is a combination of a sheet cutter equipped with two sets of sheet surface cutting rolls, a set of longitudinal ring cutter and a multiple rotary transversal cutter that processes an aged dough. Main drive is inverter controlled with low speed for sheet feeding and high speed for rapid cutting. Pellet cut-off lenght is variable and adjusted by a mechanical speed of the longitude and transversal cutters. Pellet width is determined by the width of the ring cutting assembly (slitting unit).
